Modifying an account ( Mac mail )
To modify the server settings within mac mail have the customer navigate to the "Mail" tab from the desktop
From the Mail menu have the customer select the "system Settings" tab
Have the customer select "Internet Accounts"
In this Menu have the customer select "Accounts" if not selected by default, then select they account from the left hand menu and click on "server settings".
This should populate the menu in which we can update the incoming and outgoing server settings for the account
